Shipping
We ship via UPS regular service unless indicated otherwise. Some lighter items may be shipped via US mail. In stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours unless we are over run with orders, in this case the orders will ship in the order they come in. It is TheHorrorDome.com's policy to ship all in-stock items at the same time the order is placed. Please allow 7-10 business days for regular delivery. Saturday delivery is an additional $12.00. Backordered items will be shipped as soon the product is available via UPS ground unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks delivery for backordered items .

Disclaimer to Products Sold and Directions Offered
All of TheHorrorDome.com's products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. There will be no returns on Masks, Costumes, Props or Animatronics at any time period unless received defective and then the exchange for a new product of the same kind will be made. Product damage claims must be made to TheHorrorDome.com within 2 days of delivery. No used products will be credited. There will be a 25% restocking Fee on orders returned ( Defective or not ). Shipping Charges will not be Refunded. Under no circumstances will we accept back merchandise without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please call or e-mail us for this code before sending back merchandise. In no event will TheHorrorDome.com, its president, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for any damages, may they be indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold or for the free prop directions offered.
